Limited Warranty

Microphones
All Countryman microphones are warranted by Countryman Associates, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered, the defective unit will be repaired or, at the option of Countryman Associates, Inc., replaced with a new unit. The defective unit must be delivered to Countryman Associates, Inc., prepaid and accompanied with substantiation of purchase date and a description of the defect. This warranty does not cover damage to surface finishes, normal wear, or failure due to abuse. Countryman Associates, Inc. will not be responsible for consequential or incidental damages caused by the use or failure of these microphones. This warrant gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Direct Boxes
All Countryman direct boxes are warranted by Countryman Associates, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered, the defective unit will be repaired or, at the option of Countryman Associates, Inc., replaced with a new unit. The defective unit must be delivered to Countryman Associates, Inc., prepaid and accompanied with substantiation of purchase date and a description of the defect. This warranty does not cover damage to surface finishes, normal wear, or failure due to abuse.
