How do I return a product for repair or exchange?

Please download and complete the Product Repair/Return form, and then return it to us along with the product.

Note: Countryman evaluates individual repairs at no cost. For shipments of 3 or more items there is a $20 charge per item. The repair evaluation charge is waived for items that are repaired.
